Support through the Sponsorship Program gives Joint Council the resources to offer a wide range of dynamic programming while providing visibility to your organization. 1.      Conference Sponsorship - $10,000
Please note: Council on Accreditation will sponsor the Conference in 2009.

The Conference Sponsorship offers high visibility for your organization both before and

during our Conference through formal recognition in our Opening Remarks, printed

Conference Program Journal and workshop handouts made available to all attendees. 

Recognition includes:

• Your organization's logo featured at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• Public recognition at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• An item in the totebag for all attendees

• A complimentary exhibitor tabletop at the conference

• A complimentary full-page ad in the Conference Program Journal

2.      Medical Institute Sponsorship -  $10,000 

The Medical Institute is a full-day event that occurs the Thursday before the Annual Conference.  Joint Council coordinates with the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Adoption and Foster Care to invite leading medical specialists to participate and present at the Medical Institute.  These professionals have extensive experience working with internationally adopted children and are able to assess medical conditions and recommend treatments regarding a wide variety of conditions.  Attendees include both medical practitioners and adoption professionals.  Recognition includes:

• A sign with your organization’s logo prominently displayed at the Medical Institute

• Public recognition during the Opening Remarks at the Medical Institute

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Medical Institute

• An item in the totebag for all attendees

• Your organization’s logo on the sponsor page in the Conference Program Journal

• A complimentary exhibitor tabletop at the conference

• Recognition on the conference website

3.      Directors’ Lunch Sponsorship - $5,000
Please note: Insurance Services Group will sponsor the Directors Lunch for 2009

This sponsorship enables you to present your organization to the agency directors and CEOs attending our Directors’ Lunch.  Recognition includes: 

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Directors’ Lunch

• An item distributed to all lunch attendees

• Public recognition at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• Your organization’s logo on the sponsor page in the Conference Program Journal

• A complimentary exhibitor tabletop at the conference

4.      Totebag Sponsorship - $4,500
Please note: Adoption.com will sponsor the Totebag for 2009.

This is your opportunity to sponsor the handy totebags distributed to all attendees as they check in.  This sponsorship includes:

• Your logo on the front of the bag with the Joint Council logo

• Public recognition at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• Your organization’s logo on the sponsor page in the
  Conference Program Journal

5.      Welcome Reception Sponsorship - $3,000

Joint Council will be kicking off our event with a Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, March 25^th.  Increase your organization’s visibility by sponsoring this event, which will be open to all attendees. This sponsorship includes:

• An invitation to the Welcome Reception to be held Wednesday, March 25^th

• A sign with your organization’s logo prominently displayed at the Welcome Reception

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Welcome Reception

This sponsorship enables you to reach all attendees of the Conference through the cover of our Conference Program Journal, which will contain the agenda, workshop locations, program messages and more!  Recognition includes:
