The Joint Council 2010
Medical Institute, Annual Conference, Adult Adoptee and Adoptive Family
Conference will
be held at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center. This hotel is located
directly across from the 1st Mariner Arena and only 2.5
blocks from the Baltimore Convention Center. Baltimore’s fun, beautiful
and historic Inner harbor is only 3 blocks from the hotel.
A discounted group rate
is being offered to all attendees at $159.00 single/double USD. This
rate is per night and applicable state and local taxes will apply. This
discounted roup rate is also available for your convenience 3 days prior
and 3 days post meeting dates. Joint Council hopes you can find time to
extend your meeting dates and enjoy the great sights of Baltimore! The
room availability extends until Friday, February 19, 2010, or when the
hotel block is full—whichever comes first.

attendees are able to book online
at the discounted rate. Those participants who wish to book by
phone may contact the hotel at (866) 837-5182. If making reservations
by phone, please identify yourself as part of the Joint Council conference to
receive the discounted room rate. There is an early departure fee of
$75.00, if your schedule has changed be sure to advise the hotel upon
check-in to avoid the fee.
