SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 Full Conference Sponsorship - $15,000

Full Conference Sponsorship is the most comprehensive sponsorship of the conference, offering the most visibility for your organization over a period of six months.  Beginning in January 2006 with one of our key conference marketing tools, your organization’s logo will appear on the front cover of the Conference Preliminary Schedule sent electronically to more than 900 adoption professionals providing advance notice of the upcoming meeting.  This piece is highly sought after by the JCICS membership of over 200 organizations as a tool to plan their budgets.  Recognition also includes:

The Medical Institute is the first full day of the annual conference.  JCICS coordinates with the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Adoption and Foster Care to invite leading medical specialists to participate and present at the Medical Institute.  These professionals have extensive experience working with internationally adopted children and are able to assess medical conditions and recommend treatments regarding a wide variety of conditions.  Attendees include both medical practitioners and adoption professionals.  Recognition includes:

·         Your organization’s logo on the sign outside of the room

·         Public recognition during the Opening Remarks at the Medical Institute

·         The opportunity to make brief remarks at the Medical Institute

·         Your organization’s logo on the sponsor page in the Conference Program Journal

 JCICS 30th Anniversary Gala - $5,000 (multiple sponsorships available)

This will be one of the main events of the conference.  Celebrating JCICS’ 30 years of advocacy on behalf of children in need of permanent families and promoting ethics in international adoption, this special Gala dinner event will be the talk of the town.  Invitees will include United States Government officials, Foreign Embassy personnel, and key players in the Child Welfare field.  Winners of the poetry and art contest, open to international adopted children between the ages of 8 and 15, will be recognized at this event.  The JCICS Impact Award winners, officials who have had a positive impact on the lives of orphaned children around the world, will also be honored at this event.  Recognition includes:

·         Your organization’s name and logo will be placed on the front cover of the 30^th Anniversary Gala Program 

·         VIP status with premier seating for eight guests at the 30^th Anniversary Gala

·         Your organization’s logo displayed on a sign as attendees enter the room

·         Public recognition during the Opening Remarks of the Gala

·         The opportunity to make brief remarks at the Gala

 Tote Bags * - $1,500 for co-sponsorship (limit 3), $4,500 for exclusive sponsorship

All attendees love the tote bags!  They are handy and useful during and after the conference.  This is your opportunity to sponsor the bags, which are distributed to attendees who then take them home.  Recognition includes:

·         Your logo on the front of the bag with the JCICS logo

 Session Handouts - $4,000

These extremely sought-after handouts are given out at the conference.  The packet will include all of the notes and presentations of the conference sessions.  This is a take-home product of the conference that is shared with colleagues at the office and used as a reference throughout the year.  Sponsoring the binder will offer yearlong visibility, with recognition including:

·         Your organization’s name and logo on the front cover of the handout packet, acknowledging your support

The Keynote Address is a conference highlight featuring Dr. Joseph Crumbly, a leading expert on trans-racial adoption, distinguished author and kinship care consultant.  With all attendees participating, this is a high profile event.  This sponsorship helps cover the cost of bringing a nationally-renowned speaker to the conference.  Recognition includes

·         An opportunity to say a few words prior to introducing the speaker

This is a great opportunity to reach the majority of conference attendees during this welcome event.  It will be held on Thursday evening which will allow attendees from the Medical Institute as well as attendees arriving for the Conference to attend, allowing you to have a broad reach to both medical experts and adoption professionals.  Recognition includes:

Exhibitor Booths

Hosting an Exhibitor Table during the Medical Institute and Conference gives your corporation or organization an opportunity to showcase directly to our 300 attendees.  The exhibitor room is located in a high-traffic area close to food and beverage breaks.  The booth includes a 6' x 2' draped table and 2 side chairs.  Exhibit space will be allocated on a first come basis. Conference Program Journal Sponsorship Messages

The Conference Program Journal includes the conference agenda, workshop descriptions, maps, JCICS member directory and sponsorship messages from organizations such as yours.  Every attendee receives this glossy covered journal and share it with their colleagues when they return to the office.  By sponsoring a Conference Program Journal message, you will be able to reach over 300 attendees and show your support for the mission and work of JCICS.
